Our Story
We exist to help changemakers navigate climate anxiety and burnout, so they can keep showing up for the planet.
Learn moreYoung people are leading the fight for climate action.
Taking to the streets in the masses, 1.6 million youth took to the streets in 2019 – labelled the year of the ‘youthquake’. But, with a long road ahead, we risk losing agents of change to burnout, poor mental health and climate anxiety.
Let’s be real, we’re in a mess.
The Resilience Project is an award-winning organisation, transforming the lives of those transforming the world. We resource changemakers with the resilience skills that help them to find their peace, their people and their power.
Our free community youth programmes take place across the world. Creating the space for education and decompression, helping young changemakers build valuable peer-support networks.
Our vision is a resilient changemaking culture, where kinship and compaasion are embedded within the fabric of changemaking communities.
For others like me, especially those aspiring to make an impact… The Resilience Project offers a unique combination of education and empowerment.
I feel like in the future I will look back and see this space as the trigger to a change for the better in my life.

At The Resilience Project, everything we do is rooted in our Climate Activation model; a community-led, peer-support learning journey developed by international changemakers and psychologists.
Climate Activation recognises that creating long-term, meaningful impact requires more than just policy change. We must also look inward.
That’s why Climate Activation is about supporting our inner worlds (our emotions, beliefs, behaviours and values), nurturing real community, while growing stronger together as a collective.
By addressing climate-related mental health issues (like anxiety, overwhelm, and loneliness) our model offers a radical, human-centred approach to climate action. Helping people stay connected, resilient, and in it for the long haul.
