FOR YOUTH, BY YOUTH

Our Youth Programmes have been designed by young people with lived experience in the climate space. That means we get it. Everything that we offer is shaped by what we’ve learned on the frontlines of climate action – so you can feel supported, understood, and equipped to keep going.

Resilience Fellowship Programme

Each year, we select a cohort of youth to take part in The Resilience Fellowship. This is a 1-2 year programme that equips young changemakers with skills and tools to unlock resilience within themselves and support peers in the climate justice movement.

The Fellowship includes:

Intergenerational Mentoring

Each fellow is paired with an experienced mentor, offering guidance and support.

Resilience Residential

A 5-day nature retreat where participants deepen connections, recharge, and find strength in nature. Previous Resilience Residentials have taken place in Europe, however in 2025 we will host our first Resilience Residential in Kenya, East Africa.

Circle Facilitation Training

A train-the-trainer model, participants learn how to facilitate Resilience Circles in pairs. These are peer-support groups that meet online or in person to navigate climate emotions and sustain activism together.

Resilience Circles

Our Resilience Circles are hosted by young people who have been trained at our Resilience Residential. Over 8–10 weeks, 10–15 participants come together (either online or in person) to build resilience skills and form a community of care.

Recognising the intersectionality of the youth climate movement, different themed Circles run concurrently. Each one is shaped around the lived experiences of participants and led by facilitators with shared backgrounds. These include our People of Colour Circle and our LGBTQIA+ Circle.

Our Activation Academy will host virtual clubs, provide first access to sign up to events and is being designed to enhance connection and wellbeing.

Some of our virtual clubs will include:
