WHAT WE DO

The Resilience Project supports young people on the frontlines of climate action to sustain impact without sacrificing their wellbeing.

We create spaces for peer-support, inner development, and community care—helping changemakers navigate climate anxiety, avoid burnout, and activate resilience.

Beyond youth programmes, we also partner with purpose-driven organisations, NGOs, and public sector teams to embed resilience into the workplace and strengthen collective care.

From our annual Resilience Fellowship to our global People, Planet, Pop-Ups, our work sits at the intersection of mental health, inner development and climate justice.

Explore how we’re helping build a world where caring for people and planet go hand in hand.
