Youth Facilitator & Board of Stewards Co-Chair
Our Board of Stewards, established in early 2026, are on track to become The Resilience Project’s legal governing body by 2027. A group of eight young leaders from across the globe, they are responsible for safeguarding our mission, shaping our long-term direction and ensuring our work remains accountable to the young people and communities we serve.
Stewards hold serious responsibility for the future of the organisation. As the world’s first 100% youth-led Steward Owned Company, youth leadership is at the centre of our decision-making ensuring our most important choices are informed by real lived experiences of young changemakers.
Stewards appoint and oversee executive leadership, approve major strategic decisions, guide partnerships and business development, and protect The Resilience Project’s values as we grow. While our CEO leads day-to-day operations, our Stewards ensure that power remains rooted in the hands of the next generation.
Supported by intergenerational advisors and a wider global ”Web” of youth, the model keeps our strategy future-proof while drawing on experience and advice from leaders of all ages and walks of life.
