Arif Noorally Fazel is AATZ as the Youth programs and Global Platform coordinator and who leads and manages all GP Tanzania Programmes. Arif is a fervent youth advocate, activist and a young professional with a background in Youth Development, Communications and Education. His work has ranged from community-based to national, regional and then global levels, focusing on human-centered design programming with young people, globally scaling up innovative programming for youth and developing youth engagement and social innovation curricula used in many countries.
With a Masters’s in governance and development, Arif is passionate about bringing relevance and application of global policy and processes to young people’s lives.

Don Zane is a Ugandan mental health champion on a mission to make conversations about well-being feel as normal as small talk.
Don Zane founded Awesome Mind Speaks to create space for young people to breathe, be heard, and heal. His journey has taken him through the worlds of mental health, sexual reproductive health, and climate resilience—all from the lens of lived experience and relentless curiosity.
He sits on national and regional youth platforms, not just to represent but to reimagine what support can look like for our generation. Whether speaking at a forum or running a peer session under a tree, Don Zane shows up with heart, humour and honesty.

Edward is a community driven project coordinator and facilitator who blends digital innovation with arts based wellbeing programs across Nairobi and beyond. At Integrative Wellbeing, Edward designs and leads trauma-informed programs that empower Nairobi’s youth, from capacity building workshops to community led mental health forums. He partners with local NGOs and government agencies to turn salons, barbershops, and public spaces into hubs of psychosocial support.
By blending participatory theatre with data driven insights, Edward has helped train over 100 first responders and streamline program delivery by automating workflows. His work has deepened community resilience and sparked policy conversations proving that creative connection is the heartbeat of lasting change.
