Katie Hodgetts

Katie is an award winning changemaker, author, producer and public speaker. As both Conduit’s Young Climate Innovator (2023) and Global Youth Awards Finalist (2018), she has a decade of changemaking experience, physically mobilising over 80,000 people for climate action. She founded the Resilience Project age 24 after seeing little psychological and inner-led support on offer for young people in navigating burnout and climate anxiety. She has spoken on international stages, with Presidents and CEOs, and sits on IKEA’s Young Global Leaders Board.

Act, Rest, Reset, Repeat is a rallying cry for a different way to do changemaking. Part memoir, part manifesto, and part mental health toolkit, Katie offers a transformative framework for lasting change, inviting others who care about a better world to to reimagine activism not as a sprint to save the world, but as a lifelong rhythm of acting, resting, resetting and repeating.
