Event details

We know changing the world can be exhausting. That’s why we created People, Planet, Pause – a brand-new online programme giving young changemakers free guided meditations and yoga to help you stay grounded while you keep showing up for the planet.

Join us in London for our in-person launch event for a taste of what’s to come in our online programme.

We’ll explore mindfulness practices, share space for honest conversation, and celebrate the power of coming together for people, planet, and our own wellbeing.

Leave feeling calmer, more connected, and ready to keep making a difference.

What to Expect:

  • Meditations to calm an anxious mind
  • Space for group discussion + connecting with other changemakers
  • Free pamper goodies from our friends at LUSH
  • A celebration of activism, self-care, and solidarity

Date: Sunday 21st September
Time: 2–4pm
Location: Plot 9, Maze Hill, London

Tala Sammur

Tala Sammur

Tala is a Palestinian yoga instructor passionate about decolonizing the yoga industry and supporting activist communities.

Her journey began after experiencing burnout from her work in the legal field and deep involvement in climate activism during university and beyond. In searching for balance, she discovered the transformative power of yoga and meditation. She now shares these practices through inclusive, trauma-aware classes that honour the roots of yoga as a movement meditation.

Her teaching emphasizes kindness, play, and self-connection, creating spaces where participants can feel safe, grounded, and empowered. She works with a range of communities, from activists and grassroots organizers to corporate teams, and offers bespoke sessions that support stress relief, resilience, and mind-body connection.
