The Resilience Project is hosting a free pop-up event every Saturday throughout May for young changemakers in London aged 18-28.

These drop-in events have been designed for joy-loving, community-spirited young people who feel sad, tired, angry, or burned out about the state of the world.

People, Planet, Picnic | Saturday 2 May, 1:30-3:30pm
This relaxed, climate cafe-style gathering is an opportunity for young people to come together over shared food and meaningful conversations about climate emotions, hopes, and fears.

People, Planet, Pause | Saturday 9 May, 1:30-3:30pm
Find space to breathe and be. Join us for a meditation and yoga experience, helping changemakers to decompress and switch off.

Resilience Rucksack | Saturday 16 May, 1:30-3:30pm
Learn how to face eco anxiety head-on and leave with tools that will help you to stay grounded, avoid burnout, and keep showing up for the planet.

People, Planet, Pages | Saturday 23 May, 1:30-3:30pm
Bringing together climate-conscious readers to explore ideas, for thoughtful discussion and community building.

Zine Making Workshop | Saturday 30 May, 1:30-3:30pm
Join us to get creative and learn how to make a zine exploring climate feelings through words and imagery.
