The Resilience Project is growing—and we’re on the lookout for two brilliant volunteers to help us continue our work empowering young people in the climate movement to activate resilience and prevent burnout.

If you’re passionate about climate justice, mental health, and youth-led change, and you want to use your skills to make a real impact, one of these roles might be perfect for you:

Marketing & Communications Volunteer

Hours: 6–8 hours per week
Location: Remote (Flexible working within 9am–5:30pm GMT, Mon–Thu)
Reports to: Marketing & Communications Lead

This role is perfect for someone starting out in marketing, communications, or design who wants to gain experience while building their portfolio. If you’re creative, organised, and keen to learn, this is a great chance to develop your marketing skills in a supportive, purpose-driven team.

In this role, you will:

  • Help create engaging content across our social media channels – creating graphics in Canva and editing videos in CapCut
  • Generate ideas and stay on top of social media trends
  • Write copy and content for our website and blog
  • Research ways that we can reach more young people and partners globally

Funding Research & Outreach Volunteer

Hours: Flexible (to be agreed)
Location: Remote
Reports to: Finance & Funding Lead

We’re looking for someone who enjoys research and wants to help us grow our network of funders, partners, and supporters. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in fundraising and partnership-building while contributing to real-world impact.

In this role, you will:

  • Research potential funders, donors, and B-Corps in the youth, climate, and mental health space
  • Track grant opportunities in Airtable
  • Compile lists of potential organisations for workshops and partnerships
  • Support with creating funder materials in Canva
