A youth-led community, resourcing a generation of climate leaders
Climate anxiety, burnout and the mental health crisis are at an all-time high.
The Resilience Project was created to enable other young people concerned about climate to find their peace, their power and their people.
This is how we change the world
The best people to help us thrive are others like us, with similar experiences and dreams of a sustainable future.
That's why at the heart of our approach is peer-support, meaning that our work is led and co-designed by young people.
We train and enable young people (like you!) to establish Resilience Circles. These act as catalysts for transformation, empowering youth to transform the strong climate anxiety, burnout and challenge they face into positive social change.
Over our (entirely free) 8-10 week programme , young people support each other to have real talk about the climate crisis and practise resilience strategies.

Empowering global youth
We don't just work with young people. Join our mission by levelling up your organisation.
From tackling eco-anxiety and burnout to developing a "Resilience Rucksackā, our informative and impactful workshops help you to develop your organisational resilience.
Delivered by experienced young changemakers with heart, passion and insight.
Join the ranks of LEGO, Mind, Friends of the Earth Europe, Leeds Art University and many more by enquiring about a workshop now.
Educating organisations
Why we need to take action
- 75% of young people feel frightened about the future
- We are losing powerful agents of change to burnout

HOW WE ARE PROTECTING OUR OWN FUTURE
We believe that by developing individual resilience within supportive communities, we'll be able to not only survive, but to thrive. We do this by:
Creating strong, intersectional spaces
We've created 24 Resilience Circles Globally, from Kenya to Spain.
Enabling them to transform
We've worked with 4500 youth around the world.
Communicating on international stages
We've engaged 60,000 people through keynotes, podcasts and press.
Training young climate leaders
We've trained 47 young climate leaders to deliver our Climate Activation model.
Our work is changing lives.
Our work is vital.
And climate leaders agree.
Become a supporter
The Resilience Project is exactly what's needed. All too often we neglect our own psychological health, even as we take on a massive burden of responsibility and stress in confronting the world's great predicaments. This is a great initiative, and I strongly support it.

The Resilience Project could not be more timely nor more urgently neededā¦ Enabling young people to gain the necessary tools to avoid burnout and increase wellbeing could turn out to be the most significant contribution we can make to bringing about transformative and lasting change.

There is something unique about the Resilience Project, it manages to stretch young peopleās understanding at the same time as āholdingā them securely. They create supportive intergenerational conversations, coalition between practitioners and researchers and put young activists at the centre of the work.
