Feeling the weight of climate emotions? You’re not alone. People, Planet, Pause is a weekly online gathering designed for young changemakers who want to slow down, breathe, and find resilience together.
Across 12 sessions, from 1 October to 17 December, we’ll meet every Wednesday evening (UK time) to explore mindfulness practices that support you in the climate movement. Feel free to join us for every session, or drop-in whenever you choose.
Each 90-minute session combines:
- Guided meditation to quieten busy minds
- Gentle yoga to release tension and restore balance
- Open conversation to process difficult climate emotions in community
- Connection and care with peers who understand your journey
Whether you’re feeling anxious about the future, overwhelmed by activism, or simply in need of a pause, this space is here to help you ground yourself and reconnect.
