We’re proud to share that The Resilience Project has been recognised as Best Climate Mental Health Intervention Initiative 2026 – UK at the Business Excellence Awards 2026, hosted by Acquisition International.

This award recognises organisations that are making a meaningful impact in their field, and for us it’s a powerful acknowledgement of the young people, facilitators and partners who bring our work to life every day.

At The Resilience Project, we believe that while climate anxiety and burnout are real, so is the power that we hold in community. As a youth-driven organisation, we create spaces of peer support, intergenerational mentoring and emotional resilience, empowering young changemakers to transform concern into courage across the global climate movement.

We also work with purpose-driven organisations to navigate burnout in the workplace – facilitating workshops that support wellbeing, build connection and strengthen resilience. Every workshop is delivered by young climate leaders who have completed our Resilience Fellowship Programme. Each facilitator brings first-hand insight into the inner work needed to sustain long-term, meaningful change.

Our programmes and workshops are backed by research and climate psychology, but the impact is most clearly felt in the words of the people we work with. Participants have described our work as “life-changing”, a reminder that supporting the wellbeing of those working for climate justice is essential to sustaining the movement.

We’re honoured by this recognition and grateful to everyone who continues to be part of our growing community of resilience.
