If you’ve found your way here, you’ve probably noticed that the earth is urgently in need of our help. Well, you’re not alone.

The Resilience Project exists so that young climate activists can find their peace, their people, and their power. Informed by climate psychology, our programmes and resources have all been designed by young people with lived experience in the climate justice space. That means we get it. Everything we offer is shaped by what we’ve learned on the frontlines of climate action – so you can feel supported, understood, and equipped to keep going.

We understand just how exhausting it can be to take climate action, especially when it feels like no one is listening.

This resource has been designed to equip you with practical tools to activate resilience, keep going, and stay in the changemaking space for the long haul. Because as isolating as the work can often feel, there’s a huge community of others out there who feel exactly the same as you… feeling all the feelings and working hard to make change.

So hang in there, changemaker. The world needs you.
